You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or duplicate survey responses, or access data that is not intended for you.

Rincer and this survey are intended for a general adult audience and are not directed to children. We do not ask for your age or date of birth and do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that information from a minor was collected, it may be deleted.

Participation in the survey is voluntary, and you are not entitled to payment or other compensation unless Rincer explicitly states otherwise. Please provide truthful answers that reflect your genuine experience.

Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent responses may be flagged, excluded from analysis, or removed.

Responses may be reviewed individually or in aggregate and may be used to evaluate demand, improve Rincer, conduct market research, and inform business and product decisions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Survey information may be analyzed in aggregated or de-identified form for product, research, and business planning purposes.

Submitting a survey response does not create a customer, employment, partnership, agency, or contractual relationship with Rincer, does not create a membership, reservation, contractual entitlement, or guarantee of service, and does not guarantee that Rincer will launch in any particular city or location.

Rincer may:

• reject duplicate responses
• disregard automated responses
• exclude responses we believe to be fraudulent or manipulated
• use reasonable technical measures to detect repeat submissions
• restrict access for anyone interfering with survey integrity

Joining the early-access list is optional and does not guarantee access to Rincer, pricing, availability, or a launch date in any location. We are not sending email yet. If we begin sending early-access or promotional email, every message will include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by emailing admin@rincer.io.

This website exists for research and validation purposes. Participating does not guarantee that Rincer will launch in any particular city or location, and does not guarantee that you will receive access to Rincer.

Features, pricing, markets, locations, partnerships, and launch plans described here are subject to change, and Rincer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the research website or any future service at any time.

Information on this site describes a product in development and may change. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rincer and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this research website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

The Rincer name, logo, and site content belong to Rincer and may not be copied or used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material revisions, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
